The online booking system is to enable you to book an appointment at your own convenience
Through the process of securing your online booking, you will need to share personal information with us.
All personal data that you give us will be held securely and not shared with any third party.
We will however use your details to make contact with you with confirmation and reminder emails or text messages. If you do not wish to receive these, please advise us as soon as possible.
We will also use your details to get in touch regarding marketing materials, special offers and future treatments. You can always remove this consent at any time. Please see 'right to be removed'.
Clients will now be asked for their card details when they book both online and over the phone. No charge will be made to the card if the booking is fulfilled. Payment is then required once treatment has been completed.
For cancellations in less than 24 hours clients will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment. (we will use our discretion where appropriate).
Your data is precious to us and therefore we only use it for our own basis. We do not under any circumstances share your data with any third party.
We only collect the personal data that you complete for treatments that you have with us at Beauty Care, Sheffield and any contact us form that you complete on the website.
All data that we hold, we review on a yearly basis and delete anything we don't need.
Beauty Care, Sheffield will ensure that personal data is stored securely using modern software that is kept-up-to-date. Access to personal data shall be limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security should be in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information. When personal data is deleted this should be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable. Appropriate back-up and disaster recovery solutions are in place.
In all cases we will ask for your consent to use your data to send you any updates in treatments or special offers that we have from time to time. This consent requires a positive opt-in via contact us form. You can always remove this consent at any time. Please see 'right to be removed'.
As you are in control of the data that we hold on you, you always have the right for us to delete this information from the database; this is your 'right to be forgotten'. In order to do this, all you have to do is reply to any marketing email from us and click on the 'unsubscribe' button and your data will be removed. We will remove any data within one month of your request.
At any time that you would like to see the data that we have on our database, please email beautycaresheff@gmail.com, requesting the data you require. We will respond with your data via email; please specify if you would like your data sent to you in any other format. We will always respond to your request within one month of your request.
From time to time, we will send out emails with information regarding special offers or new treatments that we offer. To receive these emails, you must have opted in or been an existing customer, prior to May 2018 . If you have opted in, you can opt out at any time. (See Right to be removed) We will never send out any emails that conceals our identity, therefore providing you with a valid contact address for you to opt out or unsubscribe.
If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us in the first instance outlining why you are unhappy with how we have gained, stored or used your data.
